Will Trumm is the Vice President of Labor Relations and Workforce Development for the Tennessee Valley Authority, where he has served over 10 years. Will is a strategic and trusted HR Leader driving the direction and execution of organizational change management, culture transformation, and workforce development programs that catalyze employee engagement and align people and resources to deliver results. Will is a proud graduate from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married over 25 years and have two daughters, Bailey and Reagan
