Ph.D at Princeton University in January 1994 and professor of Hydraulic Engineering at University of Palermo since 2004. In 2015 he has been co-founder of the Spin-Off company WECONS, where he is Scientific Director. The core business of WECONS is the design and development of in-line micro-turbines for energy production along pipes and aqueducts.
