Tom McDonnell is the Sr. Director for Energy Solutions at Holt Group. Tom leads the New Energy Transition focus across transportation and electric power. Tom has more than 30 years' experience within the automation, energy transition and power generation industry. Tom has worked across all power generation technologies (thermal /renewables) spanning small-scale distributed generation, cogeneration to utility-scale combined cycle, energy storage systems and alternate fuels (biogas /hydrogen). An extensive background in sales, project execution and strategy, Tom incorporates his passion for client focus into his job responsibility to provide clients with best-in-class solutions. His industry expertise ranges from all forms of generation technologies to global project execution. Prior to joining Holt, Tom worked with leading global engineering and automation companies in numerous business leadership and project execution positions. Tom holds a BSME from Texas A&M and MBA from St Edwards.
