Tahnee Roubidoux currently serves as Vice President of Workforce Planning & Staffing.  She works with enterprise operating business unit executives to develop and execute human resource strategies in sourcing, recruiting, retaining and redeployment of its employees. These responsibilities include the development and execution of mega and large project staffing plans including labor market analysis, wage forecasting and escalation.  Tahnee has been with Zachry for 19 years.

Tahnee earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources from Troy University.  Her experience spans various areas of the organization including people and culture, commercial management & proposals, and employee relations in the Nuclear, Services and Construction Groups.

​She currently serves on the board of trustees of Zachry’s political action committee, the Continuum Fund, serves as a reflection coach for the Zachry Engineering Leadership Program at Texas A&M and recently completed her term as chair of the board at the Harvey Najim YMCA.  Tahnee enjoys time with her family and friends, golfing and traveling.
