Steadmore is a seasoned environmental, socio-economic development and safeguards specialist with over 14 years experience in various sectors spanning from Agriculture, Mining, Manufacturing, Energy and Policy formulation across Southern Africa. This includes project preparation, project implementation, resettlement action plans and management as well as evaluating effectiveness of support mechanisms offered by basin authorities to displaced people in various contexts. In the past Steadmore played a leading role in the following projects: Export Trading Group Plant Establishment and Improvement, 300 MW Kariba South Hydro Electric Scheme Expansion , 600 MW Hwange Expansion, Zambezi Valley Development Fund Assessment, among others. He is a Certified Renewable Energy and Climate Finance Expert from Frankfurt School of Management and Finance, Certified Energy Auditor and holds the following qualifications Master of Industrial Ecology, Master of Business Administration. Currently studying towards ESG and Impact Investment, Climate Adaptation Finance and Bachelor of Law.
