Ms. Garrelts earned her law degreee from Tulane Universtiy School of Law and has been a practicing attorney since 2006.  She is admitted to practice in the states of Connecticut, New York, and Kansas.  Ms. Garrelts practices in the areas of corporate law, intellectural property (IP), and contracts.  Ms. Garrelts has become the expert around IRA and PWA interpretation and compliance for Terracon Consultants, Inc., a nationwide engineering and scientific consulting firm serving some of our Nation's largest electric utilities, independent power producers, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors.
