Shelley has managed multiple power plant outages with varying scopes – from one unit combustion inspections to multiple power block outages that included DCS upgrades, ST Major, Generator Re-wedge, rotor out/rotor swap CT majors.  In her role at Calpine, she developed & implemented the Outage Management program and hired the team to plan and execute the largest outages in the Calpine fleet.  The goal is delivering a "no surprises" result. She has a proven ability to develop solutions to business challenges, then facilitate and implement change.
