Richard Quinnette
Richard Quinnette has been a Power Plant Instructor at the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology since July of 2020. He has 40 years of experience in Energy, including 35 years in Oil and Gas. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Financial Management, both from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Originally from New Jersey, he has 20 years of Business and Engineering experience in Oil Refining, 10 years in Oil Exploration and Production, and 5 years in Midstream and Petrochemicals (5 years). He has worked for Gulf Oil, Chevron, Sunoco, Formosa Plastics, HollyFrontier, ONEOK, and the City of Tulsa. He has taught community college classes at Odessa College, Salem Community College, and Tulsa Community College. He has also taught Physics at East Central High School in Tulsa, OK. Originally from Woodstown, New Jersey; he has called Woodbury Heights, NJ and Odessa, TX home. He now lives with his wife, Jeanne in Broken Arrow, OK.
