Richard Itiveh is an Executive Leader at TransAlta (TSX: TA). He is passionate about nurturing effective teams and enabling synergies. His area of focus is leading change through the advancement of asset management strategies to deliver operational excellence. He is a Professional Engineer, with an MBA degree, and has extensive leadership experience in the electricity (Generation, Transmission & Distribution) and manufacturing industries. This includes the development and execution of business strategies, development of effective operational models and leading in complex governance models. Outside of work, Richard enjoys playing and coaching soccer.
