Misty Huddleston, Ph.D., is a Senior Environmental Planning and NEPA Project Manager for Terracon Consulting in Knoxville, Tennessee. Misty has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with environmental investigations, permitting and regulatory compliance, and impact assessments performed under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for multiple federal agencies including TVA, USDA, HUD, DOE, NPS, FHWA, and DOD. 

Misty resides in Knoxville, Tennessee, with four spoiled dogs, all Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family going to concerts, Tennessee Volunteer sporting events, and boating on the beautiful waterways of East Tennessee.
