Maeve Lawniczak
Maeve Lawniczak is a Solutions Architect for AlphaStruxure, a joint venture of The Carlyle Group and Schneider Electric. Maeve works closely with clients to develop holistic Energy as a Service (EaaS) solutions that deliver decarbonization, reliability, and resilience outcomes. As AlphaStruxure’s lead Solutions Architect for zero-emission transportation, Maeve creates and implements fleet decarbonization solutions for a wide range of commercial and public sector clients. Maeve has led the conceptual design of more than 25 microgrid and zero-emission fleet infrastructure projects across the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to AlphaStruxure, Maeve was a Solutions Architect for the Schneider Electric Microgrid Competency Center. In this role, Maeve led project development and proposal activities including project economics, market analysis, technology selection, and risk management. Maeve’s expertise includes design and development of microgrid projects incorporating solar PV, energy storage, and onsite generation such as combined heat and power (CHP) solutions for grid-tied and fully-islandable microgrids.
Maeve has a master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Psychology from the University of Tennessee. While attending UT Maeve served as the IEEE Student Branch Chairperson for the College of Engineering and participated in numerous other organizations advocating for women in engineering and technology.
