Leah Pierce, Senior Sales Application Engineer

Leah Pierce serves as the Senior Sales Application Engineer at Cummins, where she supports the Houston and East Texas region. Leah holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and will be graduating this April with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. 

Prior to joining Cummins, Leah spent seven years in the oil and gas industry working for NOV Grant Prideco, where she played a pivotal role in standardizing the online system for drill pipe, heavy-weight drill pipe, and drill collar products, while also presenting on new drill pipe technology.

Leah has been with Cummins for nearly four years, providing support to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) professionals. She specializes in offering precise sizing recommendations and tailored solutions for natural gas and diesel generators. She regularly conducts training sessions on generator sizing software and teaches the fundamentals of generator installation to new and incoming engineers.
