As the Vice President of Product Development, Lavanya spearheads the creation of innovative products that cater to our customers' needs while aligning with the company's strategic goals. In addition, Lavanya manages multifaceted engineering teams, working with cross-functional groups and offering guidance and direction at every stage of the product development process. As a Technology leader at Enchanted Rock, Lavanya leads and manages the portfolio of projects from ideation to delivery across various areas such as generation, storage, distributed generation infrastructure, EV charging, and analytics. Lavanya successfully led team in developing the world's first CARB DG-certified solution for Enchanted Rock.
