Lascelles has enjoyed a highly progressive career growth in responsibility and challenges over the 22 years he has worked in the manufacturing industry both locally and internationally. His experiences include lean manufacturing, engineering, construction and operations of complex industrial facilities including chemical, metallurgical processes and mining. 

His international experience involves working and living in USA, Jamaica, and India. He has worked with operations in Jamaica, USA, India and China. 

Lascelles earned his B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering and successfully completed an Executive MBA, and a MS. in Management. 

Specialties: Bauxite mining, alumina manufacturing, organizational development and restructuring, project management, engineering and Lean application.
