Kunlei Liu is the Director of the Institute for Decarbonization and Energy Advancement at the University of Kentucky College of Engineering. He has been working on CO2 removal from point sources, air, and ocean; hydrogen production; water treatment; material recovery from batteries and solar panels; and plant efficiency improvement.
