Kristina is the Compliance Director for Miller Bros Solar. No stranger to the industry, Kristina has 14 years of utility experience, encompassing both traditional wind and solar generation. In her day-to-day role, Kristina oversees the operations of Miller Bros Solar's internal compliance program, which includes providing fleet support, developing and maintaining procedures, process implementations and improvements, evidence reviews, and audit support. Kristina offers a unique perspective, bringing forth her field experience while balancing the need with policy and regulation. She has previously served on NERC Standard drafting teams and continues to support and volunteer for standards as needed. Kristina started her career at ENOSERV, where she worked in developing & implementing software around Relay Testing & Maintenance
