Justin Schnegelberger manages the Development Engineering Department within Burns & McDonnell’s Energy Group, leading a diverse team of proposal managers and engineers to deliver power solutions that meet client needs. His team guides clients through the entire process, from resource planning to project execution, specializing in various generation technologies.

With nearly 13 years at Burns & McDonnell, Justin has held roles including Proposal Manager for EPC projects, Performance Manager, Lead Performance Engineer, Project Manager, Development Engineer, and Contract Engineer. He has worked on a broad range of projects, including combined-cycle, coal-fired, renewable energy, and carbon capture, bringing strategic insight to complex projects.
