Jim Barbour joined Enchanted Rock in 2019 and serves as Executive Vice President of Regional Utility, bringing over 25 years of experience in the utilities and industrial sectors. He specializes in driving strategic sales growth, fostering long-term partnerships, and delivering resilient energy solutions to critical infrastructure.

Before joining Enchanted Rock, Barbour held senior leadership roles at Aclara, GE, and Aggreko, where he led sales and operational initiatives, implemented business development strategies, and worked closely with utilities and end-use customers to enhance grid reliability and energy security.

Barbour earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Management & Operations, from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
