Jason Yost is an attorney at Mercer Thompson LLC, representing both regulated and non-regulated energy companies (including utilities, IPPs, electric cooperatives and municipalities), in all aspects of project development and project operation. Over the last 25 years, he has gained extensive experience drafting and negotiating equipment procurement agreements (including gas and steam turbines, wind turbines, module supply and BESS purchase agreements), engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements, power purchase agreements, long-term service agreements, and operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements for all types of energy projects, including gas, solar, wind, biomass and BESS, including utility-scale renewable + BESS projects.
