Mr. Caskey joined SAM Companies in 2019.  He has 24 years of experience in Electric Power projects and programs across heavy industrial and Investor Owned Utilities both brownfield and greenfield.  Before joining SAM in 2019 Mr. Caskey worked in engineering design, system evaluation, & program management.  Jason’s knowledge of high-voltage power delivery extends to all parts of a project life cycle from initial planning to testing and commissioning.  He assists IOU clients and AEC partners in navigating new FERC rules and proposed changes, project scope, and developing solutions for cost effective program management.
