Gianluca Bartolini is currently the Industrial Segment Growth & Strategy Manager in Baker Hughes.

He is experienced in developing solutions for Power Generation involving Steam Turbines and Gas Turbines, previously covering the position of Product Manager for the NovaLT gas turbines product family, very much focused on Energy Transition solutions.

Customer fanatic, he started his career in Turbines environment in 2005 as Project Engineer, successfully running 25+ projects with Industrial & O&G Customers. He also  got the Program Director IPMA Level A Certification.
