Speakers

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Facultad Politécnica de la Universidad Nacional del Este, Paraguay, and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas. He has been working in the Programming and Statistics division of ITAIPU BINACIONAL since 2022. His research interests are related to the development of methodologies for optimization, planning and operation of electrical power systems.
