Emily Kosmalski
Emily Kosmalski, AICP, is a Principal and Environmental Planner at Terracon. Emily has over 18 years of experience performing Environmental Planning and Impact Assessment services under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for a wide variety of federal agencies including TVA, DOE, USDA, USACE, VA, DOT, BIA, BLM, HUD, SBA, FCC, NTIA, NAVFAC, and Air Force. Her diverse project portfolio includes a wide variety of energy projects including transmission lines, fiber, solar, and BESS. Emily leads a multi-disciplinary team of cultural and natural resource specialists who work together for the purposes of evaluating environmental impacts that may result from proposed federal undertakings as well as a national program, coordinating with numerous resource specialists companywide. Emily and her team have provided environmental and historic preservation reviews on thousands of projects nationwide. She lives in Atlanta with her two young kids and a fierce bichon mini-poodle.
