Dr. Dol Raj Chalise is a Project Manager at Mesa Associate, Inc. Dr. Chalise has over 15 years of experience in water resources, hydropower assessment, economic analysis, and modeling techniques. His broad set of experiences includes water management, reservoir optimization, ecological flow, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, streamflow forecast, flood analysis, hydropower and pumped storage design, cost estimation and economic analysis.
