David Chong is a licensed professional engineer with over 15 years' experience in the power, process, and heavy industrial sectors. At Tampa Electric, he is the Manager of Engineering and Support Services, leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and designers delivering capital projects across the energy supply fleet. Prior to joining Tampa Electric, David started his career in engineering consulting, and was involved in projects ranging from conceptual design through construction/commissioning.
