Mr. Forrest is an Executive Leader with 20+ years of experience driving engineering and project operations within a variety of industries and organizations. Mr. Forrest is an Electrical Engineer serving as Director of Power Supply for Golden Valley Electrical Association. His primary responsibilities are for all generation: coal-fired, oil-fired, renewables, dispatching of energy, as well as all outside power agreements. He provides leadership in strategic generation and planning, business development, and special projects, along with oversight of the environmental department.
