Chris' background includes over 14 years of engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and operations experience in solar, wind and battery storage technologies. Prior to joining Spearmint Energy, Chris spent the last 4 years leading the Independent Engineering teams at Clean Energy Associates and E3 Consulting for lithium-ion battery storage technologies. Previous to his Independent Engineering experience, Chris spent 10 years overseeing various phases of EPC for distributed generation and utility-scale solar, wind and battery storage projects at NextEra Energy Resources, Florida Power and Light, Origis Energy and Black & McDonald. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of West Florida and M.S. in Engineering from the University of Toledo.
