Cathy has extensive professional experience in the environmental field, including NEPA analysis for natural gas pipeline, offshore wind, and electric transmission line projects. Cathy has prepared Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Department of Energy, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Department of Defense clients, in addition to state agencies such as the Minnesota Department of Commerce. She also prepares environmental documents and permits for clients proposing infrastructure projects such as natural gas storage fields and carbon capture and storage. Cathy lives in Denver and has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Colorado School of Mines.
