Bill is a Director of Projects and Operations in Chevron New Energies and is the Chief Operations Officer for ACES Delta. He spent the first 32 years of his career working on traditional power and energy projects from the Architect/Engineer side, Owner side (IPP and Utility), and finally the OEM side. Bill has spent the past 5 years on the ACES Delta team developing and then executing the Advanced Clean Energy Storage project, in Delta, UT, a utility scale electrolytic hydrogen conversion and storage facility. He started this work initially as a Mitsubishi Power Americas employee and since January 2024 as a Chevron Employee.
