Dr. Bill Garrett has managed water related Environmental Compliance Studies at Alabama Power Company for over 25 years.

Bill’s team has conducted a wide array of water related operational and environmental research projects for Alabama Power and other affiliate of Southern Company.

Dr. Garrett received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Fisheries Biology from Auburn University in Alabama.  He received another M.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
