Bill Collester is the National Client Development Manager for the Pavement Consulting Services at Terracon.  He has been with Terracon since 2020.  Before Terracon, Bill has been in the A/E/C space, helping provide forensic studies for buildings across the US for design, construction, and material science.  Having run his own business for 20+ years, Bill brings a unique perspective on how to provide the hard data required to make sound budgeting and action-planning decisions.
