Arielle Cardinal is a Senior Project Manager at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) within the Water Power Program. She leads marine energy workforce development initiatives, including managing the annual Marine Energy and Hydropower Collegiate Competitions and curating a range of accessible resources aimed at inspiring the next generation of renewable energy professionals. Arielle also serves as the Secretary of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group for IEC TC114, a key group responsible for developing international standards and certification processes for marine energy.  Before her career in renewable energy, Arielle gained experience in the hospitality industry and holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University
