How do I update my exhibitor listing?
To get started, log in to the Exhibitor Portal – you will need your company password provided to you in your confirmation email. Please contact your Exhibitor Services Manager at POWERGEN.ES@clarionevents.com if you need your password resent.
Next: Click ‘Update Your Online Company Listing.’ This is where you will be able to add or update your company’s details, company description, social media links, and select the appropriate product categories for your company.
Keep in mind that the length of your company description and the amount of product categories you may select is based on your exhibitor listing level. Want more characters? Consider upgrading your listing by contacting your Exhibitor Services Manager.
It’s important to utilize your keywords! These along with your product categories are how our attendees find YOUR COMPANY on the floor! Click SAVE and you’re all done! IF there are any errors, the system will let you know what needs to be fixed.
The final stage in building out a COMPLETE listing is to upload your products or services. To do so, click ‘Products’. Here you can upload an image for each product or service and include a description.
