Carbon Capture and Emission Controls
The hot potassium carbonate (HPC) process for CO2 capture has been used in industrial gas treating for over 6 decades. However, the technology is not as widely recognized or understood as competing CO2 capture processes such as amine processes.
This session will discuss a refined adaptation of the HPC process which offers several benefits, including a solvent that does not degrade and better energy efficiency.
